In such cases, Starck Properties Inc. reserves the right to adjust fees to reflect the level of oversight, risk management, and specialized care required.

Starck Properties Estate Watch - White-Glove Concierge Add-Ons

  • Exterior & Grounds Oversight: $75 – $150+ (size and needs based)
    • Includes pools, landscaping, irrigation observation, exterior lighting, patios, driveways, and gates.
  • Contractor supervision: $95 / hour
  • Vendor coordination retainer: $150 / month
  • Emergency response (after hours): $150 / incident
  • Pre-storm preparation:
    • Standard residences: $500 – $1,000
    • Waterfront or large estates: $1,000 – $2,500
    • Asset preparation coordination (vehicles, vessels): $500 – $1,500 per asset
